Drivers that work for Choice Textile regularly complete compulsory health & safety, driver awareness and customer service training. Our training programmes deliver positive outcomes for our customers and have a direct impact on our interaction with charity shops.

Our drivers are the day-to-day face of Choice Textile. They interact with the charity shop teams and pride themselves on ensuring every interaction is a positive one. All drivers are given ongoing customer service training, so our charity shop partners can feel confident that they will be greeted with a friendly face and polite communication.

We use the latest technology to develop the most efficient collection routes, thereby ensuring prompt, reliable collections that emit the least carbon emissions. We also work towards using the same drivers on each route, so our customers can build a rapport with our team. We know our charity shop partners appreciate this from the feedback we receive.
